Hue Colorize Toning


Colorize your photograph using the Hue/Saturation layer.
  1. Select Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation...
  2. Check the Colorize checkbox.
  3. Set Hue
  4. Set Saturation between 10% and 25%.

This method is useful for getting rid of the blue cast that most black and white conversion methods produce. I find I get the best results with hue at 45 and saturation between 10% and 25%.
