Levels Adjustment
Original photo, rotated, cropped and perspective correction applied:
Select
Image > Mode > Lab Color
Select the Lightness Channel
Select
Filter > Sharpen > Smart Sharpen
Set sharpening parameters to 160% and 2.5 pixels.
Select
Image > Mode > Grayscale
to remove the A and B channels.
Select
Image > Mode > RGB Color
to convert to RGB.

Add a curves layer
Click Load... button on Curves dialog box and select "warm midtones" action
